Aileron Management, a hotel management company, today announced the addition of an Association Management division. “Expanding our services to include management of community associations is a natural fit for Aileron,” commented Jason Boehm, Founder and CEO. “The communities we manage will benefit from our passionate and principled approach to property management, just as our hotels currently do. We understand that community leaders need management partners that will be responsive, resourceful, and trustworthy. Aileron will be that partner.”
The new division will be led by Rebecca Thompson, who has joined Aileron as Vice President Association Management. Rebecca has over 20 years of property management experience, most recently serving as VP Association Management for NHE, Inc., and she has earned several professional designations, including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), the highest association management credential available.
“Rebecca is a well-known, respected leader in the association management industry. Communities in the Upstate trust her for thoughtful advice and unparalleled service,” remarked Jason. “When we considered expanding our services to include association management, Rebecca was the only person we considered to run that division for us. We are excited to offer this new service to the Upstate and beyond, and we are confident that Rebecca will quickly establish Aileron as the premier management company in the industry.”
“As a life-long Upstate resident, I love the communities I have the pleasure to serve,” commented Rebecca. “I have tremendous respect for the team at Aileron and the success they have had in the hotel industry, and I am thrilled with the opportunity to lead their association management division.”
