At Aileron Management, we value our employees and recognize them for their hard work and performance. This month we would like to recognize Alicia Hart, Operations Manager at the Hampton Inn Appleton as our Spotlight Employee of the Month. She was nominated for demonstrating Aileron’s core value of “Dynamic” by Randy Kliment, General Manager.
“Alicia’s focus on guest service shines through every time she interacts with our guests. Her positive and upbeat attitude is contagious, and her focus and follow-through on ensuring our guests are completely pleased is what sets her apart,” said Randy Kliment, General Manager.
Alicia is dynamic, always growing and seeking excellence in everything that she does. She recently filled in as Interim General Manager at a sister hotel, has helped develop new policies and procedures for Aileron, and serves on the Executive Board of our Fox Cities Hotel and Lodging Association. Alicia’s drive and positive attitude were key factors which led to her recent promotion to Operations Manager.
What stands out more than anything about Alicia is her passion in helping the Appleton community. She helps coordinate the hotel’s Adopt-a-Highway efforts and the Great Country Pumpkin Party, a trick-or-treating event for local children with special needs. In addition, through her idea of a “Penny Wars” competition among the staff, Hampton Inn Appleton was able to raise over $300 for Leaven, a local charity. Alicia truly epitomizes being Dynamic!
