This month we would like to recognize Alton Williams, Executive Chef at the Hamilton-Turner Inn, for demonstrating Aileron’s core value of “Dynamic.”
Al started at the Hamilton-Turner Inn in August of 2013 and came to the property with a host of new and exciting menu items to prepare for the Inn’s guests. Over the last 10 years, his breakfasts have been pleasing travelers, and he is one of the most sought-after employees that guests want to speak with. Most everyone asks what he does to his scrambled eggs…“they really are the best we’ve ever had!”
Al is always willing to go the extra mile to maintain a high level of service to our guests. He is very passionate about cooking, and his continued efforts to keep both favorite and new items on the menu have certainly been appreciated. He is an asset to our team, and we are very lucky to have him as our Breakfast Chef.
