Aileron Management, a full-service property management company, recently acquired management contracts for several communities in the Greater Greenville and Spartanburg markets. The Plantation on Pelham, a scenic community of luxury homes and impeccable townhomes perched on the highest point in the city of Greenville, chose Aileron for their attention to detail and quick action. “Quite simply, they get stuff done,” remarked Matt, HOA Board President. “We are amazed how projects or problems that lingered for months were quickly resolved when we transitioned to Aileron.”
The Richland at Cleveland Park, a perfectly located condominium on the banks of Richland Creek in downtown Greenville, selected Aileron after a disappointing experience with an out-of-town management company. “Our condos present some unique challenges, so we needed a company that understood those complexities,” commented Doug, HOA Board President. “Aileron’s hotel experience was perfectly suited for our situation.”
LyonJay, an innovative real estate investment and development firm, sought out Aileron to manage the associations at their three newest communities: Hampton Townes in Greenville, and North Springs Townes and North Springs Villas in Boiling Springs. “We were impressed with Aileron and Rebecca Thompson,” offered Ed Blakemore, COO at LyonJay. “I’ve known her for several years and there was no one else I would rather have managing the HOA’s at our communities.”
