Aileron Management announces the management acquisition of the Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head, a 153-room resort-style hotel located at 2 Tanglewood Drive, Hilton Head Island 29928. The hotel is Aileron’s second South Carolina hotel, expanding their portfolio to eight properties, and represents the first coastal management contract for the company. The hotel was purchased in September by PassiveInvesting.com, a private equity real estate firm, and represents the first lodging asset in their portfolio.
