Jason Boehm
CEO and Founder

Jason has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is a seasoned veteran in hotel operations and real estate. Prior to forming Aileron Management, Jason served as Vice President Business Development for a hospitality development and management company with over 70 hotels and 2,500 employees. During his time in the position, Jason cultivated relationships with large PE firms, REIT’s and other institutional hotel owners and rapidly grew the company’s third-party management portfolio. Jason’s other hospitality industry roles included periods as Corporate Controller and VP Finance, where he oversaw accounting, finance, investor and lender relations, financial analysis, reporting, and risk management for the company.

Prior to diving into real estate and property management, Jason served as Corporate Controller for a subsidiary of Michelin, N.A., and several years as a public accountant. Jason is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (South Carolina) and serves on various committees and boards.

HOTEL LEADERSHIP

Jason Poynter
VP Sales & Marketing

Jason has over 25 years of experience directing sales & marketing for Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Wyndham select-service hotels.  Poynter has managed regions as large as 16 hotels and has won numerous awards over the years for his ability to grow revenue in difficult markets.  

Marisa Middaugh
VP Human Resources

With over 20 years of human resources experience, Marisa brings deep expertise in building and leading people strategies across organizations of all sizes—from early-stage start-ups to companies with more than 2,300 employees. She has spent the last 7 years with Aileron, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping a strong, scalable, and people-first culture.

Randy Kliment
Director of Operations

Randy has over two decades of hotel management experience and oversees operations for the Aileron hotel portfolio. Randy’s hotels have won numerous awards, including Hilton’s Circle of Excellence for the Hampton Inn Appleton Fox River Mall Area.  

Jennifer Andrews
Controller

With more than 16 years of experience, Jenn leads all accounting and finance operations for Aileron’s hotel and association portfolio. Before joining Aileron, she served as Controller at RTO National, where she directed accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. Jenn is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (North Carolina).  

Rebecca Turner
Senior Accounting Manager

Becca oversees all accounting and finance functions for Aileron's hotel and association portfolio. Before joining Aileron as a senior accountant, Becca worked in hotels as a front desk agent, sales coordinator, and most recently as the Accounting Manager for the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Greenville, SC.  

Laura Boehm
Hotel Curator

Laura serves as Hotel Curator for the boutique hotels in the Aileron portfolio and is focused on making guest experiences memorable.  She brings years of property management experience to Aileron, having worked most recently as property manager for Hughes Development in downtown Greenville.  

April Zadow
Director of Revenue Management

April brings over 13 years of hospitality sales and revenue management experience to her role. April is an approved revenue manager for Marriott, Hilton, IHG and other brands, and she oversees revenue management strategy for all hotels within the Aileron portfolio.

Danielle Neibaur
Director of Operations

Danielle oversees operations for the company’s boutique hotel portfolio. Before joining Aileron, Danielle spent seven years in boutique hotels, serving as restaurant manager, front desk manager, event coordinator, assistant general manager, and general manager at multiple properties.
