Aileron Management, a full-service property management company, announced today the addition of three Greenville SC association management contracts. Adding Ruskin Square, Belhaven Village, and Markley Place brings Aileron Management’s association management portfolio to nine communities.
Ruskin Square and Belhaven Village selected Aileron because of their experience in master-planned communities. Located in the Hollingsworth Park development off of Verdae Blvd. in Greenville, both neighborhoods exude Southern style and charm.
Aileron will also manage Markley Place, a new condominium on the burgeoning West End of downtown within walking distance to the best restaurants, shopping, and venues that Greenville has to offer. Aileron was chosen for the community because of their experience with hotels and condo-style properties, which has already paid dividends to their owners. “We couldn’t be more pleased with the multi-unit expertise that Aileron provides,” added Webb Ellinger, Board Treasurer. “The progress they have made in such a short time is remarkable.”
To support the rapid growth of the company’s association division, Aileron hired Lindsey Stegall to serve as Association Manager.
A Greenville native, Stegall is a graduate of Clemson University and earned her South Carolina real estate license in 2020. She brings her Class A commercial property management experience to Aileron, which translates well to Aileron’s diverse portfolio. Most recently, she managed over 440,000 square feet of Class A office space. “Our growth precipitated the need for another manager,” remarked Rebecca Thompson, VP Association Management. “Lindsey exudes a confident-but-calming professionalism that embodies Aileron’s culture and will serve our clients well.”
