Jason Boehm
CEO and Founder

Jason has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is a seasoned veteran in hotel operations and real estate. Prior to forming Aileron Management, Jason served as Vice President Business Development for a hospitality development and management company with over 70 hotels and 2,500 employees. During his time in the position, Jason cultivated relationships with large PE firms, REIT’s and other institutional hotel owners and rapidly grew the company’s third-party management portfolio. Jason’s other hospitality industry roles included periods as Corporate Controller and VP Finance, where he oversaw accounting, finance, investor and lender relations, financial analysis, reporting, and risk management for the company. Prior to diving into real estate and property management, Jason served as Corporate Controller for a subsidiary of Michelin, N.A., and several years as a public accountant. Jason is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (South Carolina) and serves on various committees and boards.

Jason Poynter
VP Sales & Marketing

Jason has over 12 years of experience directing sales & marketing for Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt select-service hotels. Poynter has managed regions as large as 16 hotels and has won numerous awards over the years for his ability to grow revenue in difficult markets.

Marisa Middaugh
VP Human Resources

Marisa has over 10 years of experience managing all aspects of human resources. Marisa spent 5 years at ZF Transmissions, a German supplier to automotive companies, where she managed human resources from start-up to 2,300 employees, including a department of 11 HR specialists.

Josh Slack
VP Finance

Josh is a Certified Public Accountant and spent 3 years as Assistant Controller at OTO Development and 5 years as Corporate Accounting and Reporting Manager at Extended Stay Hotels. Before entering the private sector, Josh spent 5 years practicing public accounting at E&Y.

Rebecca Thompson
VP Association Management

With over 20 years of experience, Rebecca is an accomplished property management professional and holds several professional certifications, including the distinction of being a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), the highest association management credential available.

Randy Kliment
Regional Director of Operations

Randy has over two decades of hotel management experience and oversees operations for the Aileron hotel portfolio.  Randy’s hotels have won numerous awards, including Hilton’s Circle of Excellence for the Hampton Inn Appleton Fox River Mall Area.

Courtney Pannebaker
Ecommerce Manager

Courtney is an experienced marketing professional with more than 10 years of marketing experience spanning several industries. Most recently Courtney served as a Corporate Content Marketer for a multichannel marketing firm and as an Ecommerce Manager for a hospitality management company with a national presence.

Rebecca Turner
Senior Accountant

Before joining Aileron as a senior accountant, Becca worked in hotels as a front desk agent, sales coordinator, and most recently as the Accounting Manager for the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Greenville, SC.

Andrea Wigginton
Administrative Assistant

After having served as a teacher’s assistant at Shannon Forest Christian School and as Office Manager at Jervey Eye Group, Andrea handles all administrative support duties for the Aileron Management corporate office.

Emma Efird
HR Generalist

Emma is recent graduate of Lander University, where she played volleyball for the D-II Bearcats. After covering similar areas for Taylors Window and Screen, Emma handles human resource and payroll responsibilities for Aileron’s growing team.

Nate Kohut
Association Manager

Nate has over 15 years of experience managing communities in Colorado, North Carolina, and South Carolina.  Before joining Aileron, he most recently oversaw the homeowner associations at Rumbling Bald Resort in NC and was Architectural Review Committee Director at the Reserve at Lake Keowee.

Kristie Martin
Association Manager

With over 10 years of association management experience, Kristie carries the CMCA and AMS designations with Community Association Institute.  Kristie handles all aspects of association management for Aileron.

Kate Rooke
Assistant Association Manager

A licensed real estate agent, Kate has spent most of her career in real estate and association management.  Kate handles day-to-day association duties for Aileron, including accounting, vendor management, and Board of Director support.
