Jason Boehm
CEO and Founder

Jason is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 10 years of lodging experience with OTO Development, LLC, an industry leader in select-service hotel development and management. Jason initially served as Corporate Controller for OTO, steering the finance and accounting functions through explosive growth, from 5 hotels and 200 employees in 2008 to 37 hotels and 1200 employees by 2012. From 2013–2015, he served as VP Finance, leading the financing, budgeting, risk management and internal and external reporting functions. Beginning in 2016, Jason led OTO’s expansion efforts as VP Business Development. Under his leadership, OTO added 22 third-party management contracts. He is a graduate of Bob Jones University and lives in Greenville with his family.

Jason Poynter
VP Sales & Marketing

Jason has over 10 years of experience directing sales & marketing for Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt select-service hotels, most recently with Crestline Hotels & Resorts. Poynter has managed regions as large as 16 hotels and has won numerous awards over the years for his ability to grow revenue in difficult markets.

Marisa Middaugh
HR Manager

Marisa has over 8 years of experience managing all aspects of human resources. Marisa spent 5 years at ZF Transmissions, a German supplier to automotive companies, where she managed human resources from start-up to 2,300 employees, including a department of 11 HR specialists.

Josh Slack
VP Finance

Josh is a Certified Public Accountant and spent 3 years as Assistant Controller at OTO Development and 5 years as Corporate Accounting and Reporting Manager at Extended Stay Hotels. Before entering the private sector, Josh spent 5 years practicing public accounting at E&Y.

Jack Linnerud
Regional Director of Operations

Jack has invested over 20 years in the hotel industry, including serving as Regional Director of Operations for JHM Hotels, as owner of the Fairfield Inn Spartanburg, and as General Manager and Task Force Manager for numerous Marriott and Hilton select-service hotels.

Rebecca Thompson
VP Association Management

With over 20 years of experience, Rebecca is an accomplished property management professional and holds several professional certifications, including the distinction of being a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), the highest association management credential available.
