The Hampton Inn Appleton-Fox River Mall Area, an Aileron Management hotel, recently received the 2019 Award of Excellence from Hilton. Nationwide only 69 Hampton Inn by Hilton hotels earned this recognition. The Appleton property was the only Hampton hotel in Wisconsin to make the list.
Hilton introduced this annual award to recognize hotels that demonstrated a commitment to achieving high-performance standards and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. In order to obtain this recognition, hotels must have been open for a minimum of 12 months and be in the top 10% of the brand based on the “Total Quality Score” ranking at the time of selection.
