At Aileron Management, we value our employees and recognize them for their hard work and performance. This month we would like to recognize Bernice Anderson, Breakfast Host at the Hampton Inn Appleton as our Spotlight Employee of the Month. She was nominated for demonstrating Aileron’s core value of “Passionate” by Randy Kliment, General Manager.
“Bernice is a great Hampton Inn employee because of her hard work ethic, friendly smile, her positive attitude, her love of cooking, her longevity, and her wanting for everyone to be happy and enjoy a great breakfast” said Randy.
“Bernice has been a mainstay in our kitchen and as breakfast hostess for almost 25 years, coming on board shortly after the hotel opened. She has seen and been a part of a lot of Hampton changes over the years. Bernice has a passion for people to have a great stay and a great breakfast. Many of our regulars ask about her and call her “grandma”. They look forward to connecting with her, and oftentimes exchange hugs. Bernice has a passion for not only taking care of our guests, but also our employees. She is always quick to help out and make a meal for our team lunches, where she often serves up her award-winning pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting! Bernice also does other side jobs for us… she is our modern day Betsy Ross and will sew up our American flag when it starts to get tattered.”
