Boone Area Chamber of Commerce recently announced the winners of their 4 Under 40 2022 awards. This year marks the sixth time these awards have been presented. The annual awards recognize emerging leaders in the High-Country business community. The chamber honored the award winners during its 4 Under 40 Award Ceremony in April.
Danielle Neibaur, General Manager of Horton Hotel and Rooftop Lounge, received the chamber’s Rising Star award. Danielle was nominated for her position at The Horton Hotel, where she is passionate about making an impact in her role, and also making a difference in her community.
“We are very proud and excited for Danielle and the great impact she has made at The Horton. Her focus on excellence and passion for hospitality is unparalleled and we are thankful for all her efforts. This is a well-deserved honor,” said one of the Horton’s owners, Sean Sassano.
Danielle joined the Horton Hotel in early 2022 after helping to transform The Inn at Crestwood, where she started as a Front Desk Associate and worked her way up to General Manager. Prior to her role at The Inn at Crestwood, she held leadership positions in various campus organizations while at college and completed an internship with The Walt Disney Company, which is where she found her passion for customer service. She holds both an undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Marketing, with a minor in Dance and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Human Resource Management from Appalachian State University.
