Aileron Management’s acquisition of talent continues with the addition of Josh Slack and Marisa Middaugh to their leadership team.
A CPA and former Manager at Ernst & Young, Josh Slack joins Aileron as Vice President Finance, having previously served as Corporate Controller at Transcontinental Packaging, Assistant Controller at OTO Development, and Corporate Accounting & Reporting Manager at Extended Stay Hotels. “Josh is extremely sharp – a real problem solver,” says Jason Boehm, CEO. “His financial experience at E&Y and public companies, coupled with his two stints at dynamic hotel companies, give Josh a rare combination perfectly tailored for Aileron.”
Marisa Middaugh, joining Aileron Management as Human Resources Manager, brings over 13 years of experience in HR leadership to the team. Most notably, Marisa spent 5 years at ZF Transmissions, a start-up manufacturing facility, where she was responsible for hiring over 2,300 people and managing a team of 11 HR specialists. “Marisa’s experience growing the HR function at ZF from start-up, where she was employee #2, to a full staff overseeing thousands of employees was impressive. Her steady demeanor and attention to detail made her the ideal professional to oversee all things people-related at Aileron,” remarked Jason Boehm.
